Refund policy
In general, I do not offer returns or refunds for products, including gift cards. However, if you have a concern with a purchase, such as damage during shipping, please contact me at info@melissahenshawcermamics.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Although I cannot guarantee an exact replica of the item, I will work with you to find a solution.
In addition, if a product is found to have a defect (handle breaking at joint, glaze issue, etc.) within the first 60 days, please let me know. General breakage and typical 'wear and tear' are not included in this policy. Ceramics can be delicate, please handle them with care.
If it is determined that a return is in order, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me within 48 hours of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. I will evaluate the issue and do everything possible to make it right.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
Workshop Refunds & Future Credit
Workshop cancellations made more than 7 days before a workshop will be offered a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop will be given credit to be applied to a future date.
