Meet Matilda the Kiln

Why did we name the kiln Matilda? Because she’s an old classic, a little magical, a little quirky, each firing is a bit of a waltz with her. And now she’s a little, or quite technologically advanced. Matilda got an upgrade with thermocouples and a custom-built digital readout computer tracker in January. Then in mid-February she got a digital temperature controller added to the mix. Which means she's no longer controlled by the dials on the outside, it's all digital now.
